Stone Lady, by Lunaria
|
Stone Lady
He posed there in the garden
In his birthday suit
I walked by he said "pardon"
Thought he was kinda cute
He stood there in the fountain spout
With his lady fair
Her cracks were all filled with grout
She was also bare
She was made of cement
He was in the flesh
Of that he did lament
Cause they couldn't mesh
So listen all you lovers
Don't fall for ladies made of stone
You can't snuggle under the covers
You'd be there all alone.
