i understand how you feel and what your going through, im so sorry that this happened to you, i have a poem called remembering the past, its the same thing. you never really get over that type of thing. your right its very inpredictable and the scariest thing anyong could go through

Oh my Gosh. Reading your comments shocked me. It is crazy to think of how common this is among our people today. And the worst part is the ignoarnce. It's this silent dark part of everyday life that goes on without anyone ever knowing. You opened my eyes. Best wishes and don't let the past lead your life.
