i had a dream with you in it
you were begging me not to cry
then you held me in your arms
and we began to fly
you told me that you loved me
that you would always be near
i looked in your eyes
and you swore we would never say good bye
i had a dream with you in it
you looked the same way you did that day
i looked in your mind
saw that night you were all mine
i had a dream with you in it
you swore u would always be there
how much you loved me
you would always care
i woke up mad at you
for you weren't here
i know its not your fault that your there
and i know u always care
i had a dream with you in it
i know if you could you would be
right here with me
but i know heavens just to far
i know you wouldn't mind but god would
you see your my angel
my shining star
but i know your never far
i had a dream with you in it
telling me
"don't cry baby you see
im always with you in your heart"

| another beautiful poem. something else in common, long years ago , my first love also died in a car accident, the fact is..I never forgot him. I actually still think of him and talk to him as if he were my angel. God Bless You! Glostarg |
