Missing you more and more

It's been so long since you've gone away I wish some how you could have just stayed You had so much love and trust And it seems like now it was all turned into dust He said he loved you very much And all you wanted from him was his sweet touch You never thought you'd be betrayed I guess that's how you didn't stay You put your feelings for him first And it seems like he took advantage of that and let it all just burst. But for some reason I know you forgive him I know you still love and think about him Could things have been better without him in your life? Instead he was and took your life. That awful night still plays over in my mind How even though he was so nasty you were so kind He robbed you of so many opportunities and plans But by him you will always stand. I know you're in heaven smiling now And I want you to know you have always made me so proud. *I love you and I miss you so much. I think about you everyday.
