Mother, by a rose by any otha name
|
Mother of mine,
I wish I could utter to you the pain in my heart,
The tears I cry when all is dark.
I long to scream out the agony of my soul,
Nut day by day I never speak.
Never letting you know why all isn’t right.
You gave birth to a fighter,
Destined like my prewritten prophecy I have spent all my
life fighting.
Fighting to gain something I cannot name.
For all this there is one blame,
The blame is you,
Because you inflict upon me all my pain.
All I do is work towards one goal,
To gain your faith,
Faith in which I am, and will always be.
