another packet another bite i think i'm starting to lose this fight another ounce another pound my belly's reaching for the ground i start to eat when i am sad and thats what makes me really mad round and round this circles vicious keep on eating tastes delicious when will this cycle ever end its driving me right round the bend

Finally, a poem that I can relate with!

I know what you mean, i have a sorta binge eating problem and it's like, what fills an emptiness sometimes I feel like I CAN'T stop.
It's like an impulse.
