I know your mad and you hate the world. I know you're sad, I know you're angry. I know you're hurt, I know you're in pain. I know you're lonely, I know you're ashamed. I know you've been hurt by the people you loved and trusted the most. I know you cry and you don't know why, it just seems like the only thing you can do. I know you hate you're self and you think you don't deserve to live. I know you could care less if you live or die. I know you are thinking about commiting sucide. I know how you feel. I know your pain. I feel the same way too.

I write poems like this all the time. The repetition in use with differing following words makes everything all the more clear and important. Well done.
