You all have your ways of releasing the pain,
abusing and using, cutting and punching!
Scratching and throwing, crying and lying!
Yet some of us keep it hidden and have no way of release,
wishing that we had the strength to do the things you do.
We are all connected together in this epidemic of pain.


thinking there is no one when so many feel the same,
look at someone on the street and see them looking down
troubled by thoughts, they then look up, your eyes meet and
understand.
Knowing how it feels a connection of souls searching.
then you walk past and go on, looking for the same thing in
different directions.

I find it hard to release, till it mutates and manifests
into something too strong to handle. heading in one
direction and being pulled to another. Ive seen the pain
magnified in front of me.  never finding my cure!

No one is safe! so many ways to beat it to try and forget
about it but it always catch's up and beats the medicine you
force on yourself.  But we never give up we keep on trying
to find that cure to release the pain out of our system. 
its human nature to survive and so we must no matter how
hard it is trying.
