Alone Am I:
Completely alone am I with no one by my side
empty and broken though no one knows or sees
smiling on the outside sure no one knows the
loneliness I feel as I pretend to be happy
while hating each passing day.
Life is not at all how I wanted nor thought it
would be, rejected by the one who has my heart
and longing just to see the face, while living a
life of misery pretending that everything was
fine but...
Later in life completely alone am I with no one by
my side, empty and broken am I though no one knows
or see.
