As I Am Swimming, by Austin Hoehn Subscribe to rss feed for Austin Hoehn

As I am swimming through the water so blue, thinking of the
day once new.
I take a deep breath and close my eyes as I dive leaving
everything behind.
thinking of all the things that I have done,
thing of all the things to come.
thinking of all the things that I hid,
thinging of all the people I made smile,
thinking of that extra mile.
As I push my way back to the top, to breath in more air,
recalling all the pain, that I have bared,
reaclling all the nights of deep sorrow,
recalling the things I want to change for tomarrow.
recalling all the people that I have snared at,
recalling all the things I have stared at.
recalling all the people I have hurt.
Now as I float back to the surface remembering that I am
human.
remebering that I am not perfect,
remembering that I have made mistakes,
remembering to forgive myself.
rembering to not spend all my time in my dreams,
but go and live.
remebering that there is always tomarrow,
remembering to fight throuh the sorrow
remebering that you are never alone.
remembering to open my eyes,
remebering not to hide.
remembering the world that sometimes gets left behind
