Life (2), by *****Junior Walker*****

Life is a long road twisting and turning
Don’t even try to guess what’s ahead
Right now it’s learning
Or maybe getting a job instead
You’ll have to get a job 1 day
Leave home and that
I think about it everyday
Picture yourself in a 1 bedroom flat
You’re engaged now
Expecting a child
Your mate says it ain’t yours, wow
Confronted her about it and she smiled
Now you’re locked up
At least her boyfriends in a coma
Bleedin and cut up
But your cell has a funny aroma
8 years gone by
Now you’ve been let out
There’s nothing you can afford to buy
A decent job isn’t worth thinking bout
You’ve been homeless for years
A convict can’t get a job
Plus you’re addicted to these beers
You’ve been forced to rob
Should have listened when they said freeze
Gosh, no ones at your wake
You’re blowing in the breeze
Stay in school, for goodness sake
