Fired Fury, by bedazzled
|
The aggravation begins to mount,
One small problem lurks and grows,
Until I'm burning with my anger,
My fuse is beginning to glow,
It catches flame and burns the wick,
Closer it climbs as it goes,
Sparks on smouldering material,
And with heated fury I explode,
Under the covers simmering,
My tears are all evaporated,
With the fire that burns within,
To feel this pain I am fated,
Tossing, turning restlessly,
Thoughts creep through the embered night,
Lividness fades to smokey despair,
As regret sizzles out my light.
