My heart is burning, pounding, hurting Heartbreak is a slow process your heart speeds up and beats harder and sends your mind in duress Your mind tracks all the thoughts and you just know that you're through and even though you can't feel any worst it's as if darkness consumes you your mind wanders to what you did whether it was write or wrong and your ears tune in to the melody of the saddest song I'm listening to "Burn" thinkin if anything's as bad as this but as my hand reaches for my phone i know that this is what heartbreak is I'm wanting to be alone can i ever be happy again? or will i search near and far not able to even find a friend? What happened to "Us" or me and you this is what i'm thinkin of as i listen to Usher and Alicia Sing "My Boo" My heart is still pounding and outside their's rain and now my body is wondering what it will take to stop the pain
