it rumbles through our lives our hearts
it haunts our dreams all our thoughts
cuts off our vision from the world around
and won't let us hear the dangerous sounds
it saves us and it ruins us
brings us good times and tough
tries to break us only to later heal
something that every person needs to feel
two people joined, one cause unites
it buzzes their minds until they've lost the fight
love is the strongest emotion someone will know
and its the hardest for someone to show
it ruins our lives and brings us together
shows us things are gonna get worse when they get better
no one is safe from is thunderous obstruction
doesn't help us understand, it leaves no instruction
love is by far the most dangerous feeling
and yet it is what everyone is stealing
you can not cheat love
and you can not fake love
