The dreamer who woke, by turquoise petals
|
The dreamers dreamed
wanting more then an allusion
tangled sheets kept them captive
eyes that never saw could not fathom
yet cool summer nights stayed with them
but it was the winds that stirred them
wake it cried
spider webs dizzily called for surrender
surrender to the cool breeze
lips pressed against petals of love
the dreams left silently, contentedly
life came
