Dear Jesus,
I love you more then any other and turn to you in my
despair. As I write this there is one word on my mind, one
name Jesus you are my every thought, yet when I am in
despair I forget you. When I need you most, I turn my back
on you. I love you and my heart wells up in love and
devotion to you. I dip my pen in ink and write in my love.

When I sit here you are with me, when I close my eyes you
are here, when I walk to school you are there. If I climbed
the tallest mountain you would be there, if I dug the
deepest tunnel you would be there. As far as the East is
from the West that's how much you love me. I know this Lord.


I touch the hem of your robe as I reach out in despair. I
knowI know you are there in my trouble and in my joy. When I
hurt you weep too feeling the pain I feel and when I jump in
joy you are there sharing my happiness. As I sing you listen
to my every note and I hang on to your every word. I fall
down the highest cliff in my life and you sweep me up in
your arms, I osar like an eagle through the heavenly
sunsets.

Yes! I feel the heart pounding love you and me hold for each
other. I watch the flicker of a flame on a winter's night
and notice that you are there.Oh Lord I feel your hand
guiding me in the darkness. I feel a strong desire to be in
Heaven with you but yet you are here with me. Your fingers
wrap around mine and I feel the whispers of your love on the
wind. I know I will never feel this feeling with any Earthly
being.

I can trust you with every thing from my most embarrising
moment to my burning desires. You make me complete and
nothing can take that away from me. You are everything I
need and I need nothing elase. You dance when I dance, walk
when I walk and listen as I talk. You know what I will say
before the word reaches the tip of my tongue yet you listen
intently. As I walk the country path with the green grass,
blue skies and scented flowers your presence is here. I
hadn't noticed before but you in are everything I see. I
can't get you out of my mind. I have your name written
everywhere but it can't be rubbed out. However, recently I
wrote your name deep in my heart where it will stay
forever.
