Behind Her Smile, by Felicia
|
Her tired sole bears heartache and pain
And her broken heart tell all
Behind her smile is a raging battle
The spark no longer lights in her eyes
And her laughter has died to all but none
The pain has weathered her beautiful face
Her frail body cries in the night
And she lays is a puddle of cool sweat
She is hurt inside but she will not let it prevail
