Misanthropic Remourse, by little_irish_rose
|
Solus
without a compassionate soul
witheld from eversight
condemned
consumed in solitare
given up, lost flight
misled in all directions
discreet in all emotions
lay me now faint-hearted
cold in all bitterness of memories
remourse for my departed
tempestuous heart
release thy hold
pass on to something new
resist to dwell on past affairs
the evanescent times
when wings were free, and flew
but broken are my wings
banished are they now
with empty eyes they're of better lost to me
fatigued is my heart
from jaundiced acts of love |
