Perfect Greed., by Tyler Cedric Golden Subscribe to rss feed for Tyler Cedric Golden

You have known this person for so very long,
What you are both doing, you completely understand is
wrong,
But you two promised each other, “we will get through
everything together,”
Whether it’s committing a crime or riding through stormy
weather….

Both of you hear the sirens coming, as you try to finish
packing and escape,
You begin to run with money in the bags thinking you will
make,
It Out fine and with each other,
But it is soon that one of you discover,
As the dogs and police chase you from behind,
One falls back and his knee grinds,
Screaming for help from his supposedly best friend,
This friend turns back and tells you this is YOUR end,
Not both of yours because it was you he deceived,
To get away, with his unforgivable perfect greed.
