Our One Year

We have been through an extremely large amount of events, So long we have been together, and so long we have spent, Our time on loving each other and showing each other we care, Showing that we are here for each other, anytime and any where, We have been through a lot of good and we have been through a lot of bad, Every time you are hurt, it makes me so very sad, So I comfort you and show you that I will aid you through the rest of your life, Make you want to love, instead of fight, Make you want to be optimistic, instead of in your room with a knife, So much you have done for me and so much I have done for you as well, You are my heaven, and never my hell, It has been us in life battling for our love, So we may be together forever as our hearts rise above, Past the clouds and into space, It is every second of every moment I see your face, I want to be with you, together in your place, We are as one, Under the sun, Together forever, To make each other better, With trust, loyalty, and honesty in our hearts, We will make it without hurting one another to finish from the start, Together we shall be always, until the end, you are my dear, And I hope this shows you, that I am happy that this is our one year! (And soon enough it will be 5 years and then 10, then 20, and until the end of time, you will always be mine!) (This is a poem about my love’s sweet 16 and our 1 year!!)
