I Am Human, by Felicia
|
I will stand up to this world
And its Judging stares
Because I believe in Equality
As pale as the snow, I'm African
In my pink ball gown, I'm a Man
I'm Christian, Muslim and Jewish
I'm not higher or lower than the man on the street
In my eyes you see yourself, in my eyes you see the world
Because I am Human
United we must stand, braving the face of adversity
We will Stand our rightful ground, because we belong
These labels will no longer define our life inside
