Slow Movement, by Tyler Cedric Golden Subscribe to rss feed for Tyler Cedric Golden

We told each other things would get better,
So we could live happily, forever,
And yet progression seems to not show at all,
As if things were in a halt, and as you watch me fall,
Don’t into depression, where I am left for dead,
I can’t get horrible memories out of my head,
So I can pursue to be more optimistic, instead of bringing
hate,
Making you happy, was what I meant to bring about for your
fate,
I am helping my very best, but all we continue to do is
fight,
I cry so painfully, as I struggle to go to sleep at night,
I am just so torn by your words,
What you said to me, those to words, they hurt,
So very bad and in a manner you don’t understand,
That I am human, only a heart and a man,
To be here for you, in which I try to show,
So you can understand and truly know,
That I am always here to help and listen
Do not ever think running to me is the wrong decision,
Because my whole life I have devoted, and all my time
spent,
Towards you, but I need your help, so we can surpass his
slow movement.

Wonderful poem. So much I wish to say to the person whom I loved the same thing.
